Festival of Muslim Cultures \| UK 2006 Print Project \| workshops
	Workshops An extensive workshop programme was designed to celebrate the Festival of Muslim Cultures UK 2006 and our theme, 'Image and Symbol and Text'. The programme focused around our artists in residence and also the Contemporary Pakistani Printmakers exhibition at Oriel Ceri Richards, Swansea. Amongst the participating groups; professional printmakers and artists were invited to attend masterclasses, workshops were specially arranged for Muslim women and asylum seekers, and in addition to this a primary and secondary schools programme was organised alongside a series of subsidised workshops for local residents who were aged over 50. The results have been outstanding.
